台風時の対応について

台風の影響による飛行機や客船の欠航が決まり次第、無料キャンセルとさせていただきます。まずはご予約された予約サイトからお手続きを進めてください。自動的にはキャンセルにはなりません。

台風の接近中や通過後、しばらくはご宿泊できない可能性がございます。あらかじめご了承くださいますよう、お願い申し上げます。

また、この影響によりお電話が大変混雑することが予想されます。お客様にはご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。

Regarding responses during typhoons

We will cancel your reservation free of charge as soon as it is determined that a flight or cruise ship will be canceled due to the typhoon. First, please proceed with the procedure from the reservation site where you made the reservation. It will not be canceled automatically.

If a typhoon is approaching or has passed, you may not be able to stay for a while. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

We also anticipate that telephone lines will be extremely busy due to this. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
