台風の影響による飛行機や客船の欠航が決まり次第、無料キャンセルとさせていただきます。まずはご予約された予約サイトからお手続きを進めてください。自動的にはキャンセルにはなりません。

台風の接近中や通過後、しばらくはご宿泊できない可能性がございます。あらかじめご了承くださいますよう、お願い申し上げます。

Regarding Typhoon Measures

As soon as flight or ferry cancellations due to the typhoon are decided, you can cancel for free. Please first proceed with the cancellation through the site where you made your reservation. Cancellations will not happen automatically.
